Desert Shootout 2027: invitation dates by level

The Desert Shootout is the second of US Kids Golf's 12 Regional Championships on the 2027 calendar, played February 20, 2027 in Phoenix, AZ. Invitations open November 3, 2026 — about 16 weeks before the first round — and reach Level 4 on December 8, 2026.

Its invitation weeks overlap with the Sandestin Championship and the Jekyll Island Cup, so a player at the right level can be registering for more than one Regional in the same week.

Registration is first-come, first-served and space-available once your level unlocks. Popular age groups can fill before the later waves, after which players go on a waitlist. Levels below 4 are not invited.
