What Level 12 means

US Kids Golf Priority Status runs from Level 1 to Level 15 (Lifetime). A player earns status by completing four Local Tour events within a season on the same Local Tour, with the two lowest scores of those four determining the level. Status can also be earned by order of finish, and it lasts one year from when it is awarded.

Of the 16,137 junior golfers with active Priority Status, 828 (5.1%) hold Level 12 as their highest active level, and 2,773 are at Level 12 or above.

AJGA eligibility: Level 12 is one of the top four Priority Status levels. Players aged 12 to 18 who reach Level 12 or higher receive AJGA Performance-Based Entry stars for the following AJGA season.
