The Site provides a searchable interface for publicly available U.S. Kids Golf Priority Status award data. The Site is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by U.S. Kids Golf or any related organization.

3. Accuracy of Information

Data on the Site is sourced from publicly available PDFs published by U.S. Kids Golf and is provided for informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep data current, but we make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Always verify important information directly with U.S. Kids Golf.

4. Permitted Use

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes to look up golf status information. You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the Site in bulk
• Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose

5. Coach Advertising

Golf coaches may purchase advertising space on the Site. By submitting an advertisement, you represent that your content is accurate, that you are a qualified golf instructor, and that your advertisement complies with all applicable laws. We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement at our discretion. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to our refund policy communicated at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, code, and original content are the property of the Site operator. Player status data is sourced from publicly available U.S. Kids Golf materials. U.S. Kids Golf and related trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
