How invitations work, in plain English

Levels unlock in weekly waves. Levels 14–13 and Lifetime first, then 12–11, 10–9, 8–7, 6–5 and finally Level 4 — each at 3:30pm ET (12:30pm PT).
Unlocked is not the same as a spot. Registration is first-come, first-served and space-available. Popular age groups can fill before lower levels unlock; after that, players join a waitlist.
Below Level 4 there is no Regional invitation. What Level 4 takes →
The World Championship works the same way, with its own age rules and fees. World Championship invitations explained →
Status must be active. Priority Status lasts one year, so check that your child's status hasn't expired before their wave opens.

Frequently asked questions

How do US Kids Golf Regional Championship invitations work?

What Priority Status level do you need for a Regional invitation?

Level 4 or higher. Players below Level 4 are not invited to Regional Championships.

What time do Priority Status levels unlock?

3:30pm Eastern Time on the date published for each level — 12:30pm Pacific.
